A cycle is a round of the campaign, usually lasting 6-12 real-world months. Each cycle, all factions are reset, all player hangars and player XP values are reset, and all players who participated in the previous cycle are awarded a bonus of RP for their participation, with members of the winning faction getting an increased payout. The server has gone through several past cycles
