The Christmas Units dialog is where an Operator sets up the automated Christmas gift units during the Christmas season. The dialog is a tab on the Server Configuration dialog (Server Configs -> Server Configuration)
The options:
- Celebrate Christmas: If unchecked, no gifts will be handed out. If checked, gifts will be handed out to each user the first time he logs on after the start of the Christmas season.
- Allow Scrapping: If checked, Christmas Units can be scrapped.
- Allow BM Sales: If checked, Christmas Units can be sold on the BM.
- Allow Direct Sales: If checked, Christmas Units can be sold to other players
- Allow Transfer: If checked, Christmas Units can be transferred among players
- Allow Donate: If checked, Christmas Units can be donated to the faction
- Start Date: the start of the Christmas season. Currently Not Working - set this for reporting, but use the /startChristmas command to start the season
- End Date: the end of the Christmas season. Currently Not Working - set this for reporting, but use the /endChristmas command to end the season
- Christmas List: One per line, the gifts that will be handed out.
- How many gifts: How the gifts are handled:
- Give One of Each: 1 of each unit listed in the Christmas List will be given
- Give X of Each: Multiple of each unit listed in the Christmas List will be given
- Give X Total: X random units from the Christmas List will be given
- X: The number of gifts to be given if "Give X of Each" or "Give X Total" are selected
