With the dissolution (and eventual re-tooling) of the Council of Six, campaign design has reverted to staff, as it was for a very very long time prior to the formation of the Council. I am finalizing work on a new cycle, and expect to have it ready within a week or so - I'm headed on vacation on Friday, so will have time to work on it, although I'm also refinishing my floors, so I won't be solely dedicated to the server.
What I *can* tell you:
Radically different map - smaller, so land gains mean something
All planets will have the same terrain. Extreme terrains will be far more rare.
No bay purchases. Instead, you will earn bays through experience
Players will be able to sell units on the Black Market
Front-Loaded initiative will be gone
Double-Blind will no longer be standard
I am considering Mech-only, but have not finalized that decision
