Army construction regarding infantry

To have a clear and workable solution until CO6 has worked aout a General rule the following ad hoc rule will be used!
This rule "dictate" is not aimed ar single persons or Group of Players but is a reaction by Junior staff(me) to apeace a ongoing reason for grumbling.

1st. Inf is to be limited to 1 inf per 2 NICU(Non infantry combat unit) Any unit a NICU except VTOL.
2nd Going active with an army that violates These rules will result in a strike( see 3 strikes System).
3rd as the cycle is in Limbo atm the fines from the strikes will be moved over to the next cycle and be enforced as soon as you defect^^

Until further notice this rule applies from now!
