Visibility Bug?

Unsure if this is a proper scenario, or if it is a bug.

Enemy mek A is in a Level 1 hex (1206 below)
Adjacent to a Level -1 water hex (1205 below); where my mek B is prone

Should A have visibility of B?

I assumed yes as it was adjacent, but he did not (dulled out in image below, and verified after match was called). server, all current versions for both of us.

This is correct, if he is under the water then you lose LOS.

Remember to switch your mek sensors into different modes, to take advantage of their unique detection capabilities.
