[MW:Dominion] Striker-type Formation Changes (+2 Initiative)

As per 'customer feedback,' I've decided to make some changes to how our +2 initiative formations gain their bonuses. The "General" formations, available to all factions, will retain the +2 bonus for having all units deployed at 8 Running/Flanking MP or faster. They will, however, lose their ability to buy Mechanized (Medium) Infantry. The bulk of the changes will occur on the faction end, where requirements (and bonuses) will exist for attaining more than a +1 to their Team Initiative bonus.

GENERAL
Striker Formation

If all non-Support units deployed are 8 Running/Flanking MP or faster, the player gains a +2 bonus to Team Initiative.
CAPELLAN CONFEDERATION
Chesterton Cavalry

If all non-Support units deployed are 8 Running/Flanking MP or faster, the player gains a +1 bonus to Team Initiative. If the player fields at least one Vehicle per full Lance, they may add an additional +1.

Players may deploy (2) 10-point minefields per Infantry Platoon fielded.
DRACONIS COMBINE
Arkab Legions

If all non-Support units deployed are 8 Running/Flanking MP or faster, the player may either add a +1 bonus to Team Initiative or force his opponents to deploy on Round 2. If all non-Support units fielded are 9 Running/Flanking MP or faster, an additional +1 Team Initiative bonus may be added.

Players may add (1) additional Hover Tank per full Lance.
FEDERATED SUNS
Avalon Hussars

If all non-Support units deployed are 8 Running/Flanking MP or faster, the player gains a +1 bonus to Team Initiative.

Attacking: If the player's army skill sum is 8.4 or better, an additional +1 bonus is added.
Defending: Avalon Hussars may add one, additional Support Unit per full army.
FREE WORLDS LEAGUE
Fusiliers of Oriente

If all non-Support units deployed are 8 Running/Flanking MP or faster, the player may either add a +1 bonus to Team Initiative or deactivate "Front-Loaded Initiative" in the MegaMek lobby. If all non-Support units fielded are 9 Running/Flanking MP or faster, an additional +1 Team Initiative bonus may be added.

Attacking: The player may attach (1) HE bomb to each Aerospace or Conventional Fighter fielded.
RIM WORLDS REPUBLIC
Amaris Lancers

If all non-Support units deployed are 8 Running/Flanking MP or faster, the player may either add a +1 bonus to Team Initiative or deactivate "Front-Loaded Initiative" in the MegaMek lobby. If all non-Support units fielded are 9 Running/Flanking MP or faster, an additional +1 Team Initiative bonus may be added.

Players may add (1) additional Infantry Platoon per full Lance.
TERRITORIAL STATES
Chasseurs Á Cheval

If all non-Support units deployed are 8 Running/Flanking MP or faster, the player may either add a +1 bonus to Team Initiative or deactivate "Front-Loaded Initiative" in the MegaMek lobby.

Attacking: If the army skill sum is 8.0 or better, the player may change his deployment zone to "Edge" and force his opponent to deploy to "Center."
