MW Dominion: Cycle Reset

For those interested, I am considering a cycle reset and (potentially) adding new features. I'd like to gauge everyone's availability and interest, however.

Getting closer to a cycle reset.

Bringing back the repair system. This has taken significant testing to make sure it will be fair and balanced with the current pay scale. So far...

* Payout has increased by ~10%
* Repair for Intro Tech units will cost ~10% of the payout, not including Battle Loss Compensation
* Repair for Star League units will cost 6x as much as Intro Tech for XL Engines and Endo Steel crits; 3x as much for Ferro-Fibrous; 1.5 times as much for energy weapons
* Average Star League unit repairs will be 2-3x as much as Intro Tech
