PSR forced when turning on bridge (at walk) over ice.

Reason given was: "Turning on ice."

Now, yes, I know that bridges ice up before roads, but I'm assuming basic sand/salt is applied here and it should be fine. The game engine is clearly forcing the PSR for a walking battlemech because of the ice, not because of the road.
