Hullo, at the moment, setting a unit to "anti-air" targeting in the mekwars campaign engine does not propagate the setting to the megamek host where the game is launched and fought.
While generally this isn't an issue because VTOLs are few in number and don't pack significant weaponry, some VTOLs can actually be dangerous - eg those packing ER LL or Pulse LL.
I suggest re-enabling anti-air targeting to allow players the option to counter this.

As of the launch of the new cycle yesterday evening, Anti-Air Targeting should now work again.

I agree, I would also suggest enabling anti-air targeting again to give players a chance to counter this

Anti-air targeting is online and has been for some time.
Right click -> customize unit
There is a dropdown box that lets you change the targeting system. Note that you should change the targeting system after you see that you are facing air units and BEFORE you join the ded
