Players in factions are showing an excessive number of bays. For example, a new player with no additional units defecting to any non-Periphery faction will have the following:
Bays: 98/168
Periphery players will be:
Bays: 122/192
I am assuming that this is not supposed to be like this?
Comstar is not affected by this.
