Build Tables

Build Tables are the custom lists that determine what units are produced when a player requests a unit through either a factory or a purchases a unit using reward points. Build tables may vary from server to server.

Consulting build tables

You can view a server's build table settings using MekWars client menu : "Help > Build Table Viewer". As a result a list of hyperlinks will appear in your Miscellaneous tab, each hyperlink leads to a subtable that can contain another subtable or unit reference. Clicking on a subtable name display the subtable content in the Miscellaneous tab, clicking on a unit reference will open a viewer window.

Each line define a unit weight and a unit description file. In the above example, you have 55 chances out of 180 (30,55%) to pick a Awesome AWS-8Q from the rare assault build table, and 2 chances out 180 (1,11%) to pick a AWS-8R.
